This button cell battery holder can be configured for multiple types. The dimensions are chosen to allow multiple trays to be placed next to each other on your Skådis board.
For the most common types, I'll publish specific STL files (see my skådis button cell holder collection). In case your type is not covered, you can easily build your own with this fusion model.
Apparently, I named everything in the fusion model in German, but I'll explain below, how to modify.
The model itself is based on parameters. All relevant parameters for other battery types are marked as favorite.
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Batterie_Abstand | The distance between two batteries. This is the thickness of the spacers. |
Batterie_Dicke | The thickness of the button cell. |
Batterie_Durchmesser | The diameter of the button cell. |
Batterie_Innendurchmesser | This defines the diameter used for the round extract from the spacers. In most cases, I use ⅔ of the battery diameter. |
Halter_Wanddicke_LR | This is the left/right padding between the holder and the batteries. |
Afterwards you might miss some holders on the righthand part of the object. This can be fixed by editing the corresponding extrusion. The corresponding extrusion can be easily found using the selection set “Fächer anpassen [1]”. Modify the extrusion step and deselect all remaining holders in the extruded step.
Last, you'll want to change the battery type label at the front of the model. Therefore, simply modify the text in the sketch “Halter_Beschriftung”.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
