This is a lightweight direct drive toolhead for Creality Ender-3 Neo, Ender-3 V2 Neo, and Ender-3 Max Neo.
I designed this toolhead because, surprisingly, I couldn’t find a single option in the 3D printing community that ticked all these boxes:
The result? The Neo Stiffy Toolhead — a unique combination tailored for performance and compatibility with existing setups ( Ender-3 Neo, Ender-3 V2 Neo, and Ender-3 Max Neo )!
The setup includes a toolhead AND a customized position endstop.
You can use these extruders:
You'll need some hardware to build the toolhead. Other than the printed parts, you'll also need those for the toolhead:

Remember to keep your old screws. They can be useful!
The Klipper config file (printer.cfg) for an Ender-3 Neo with the Neo Stiffy is here: https://github.com/ProtonKicker/Klipperized-Ender-3-Neo/blob/main/Config%20For%20Upgraded%20Ender-3%20Neo/printer.cfg
See the configurations for the Orbiter V2.0 series extruders: https://www.orbiterprojects.com/orbiter-v2-0/. It is already included in the Klipper config file above.
You might wonder why I didn’t opt for a more advanced hotend. The truth is, the stock Ender-3 Neo hotend delivers impressive performance. It handles a flow rate of 25 mm³/s effortlessly, making it more than capable for my needs.
