We have been using this for a year+ and it works a treat. Just cut a 20mm dowel to 122.00 mm and you are set.

Description
PDFCut a 20mm dowel/broom handle to a length 122.00 mm. Print the knock box and enjoy. Print it fairly solid 50% infill or so and 4 perimeters should be good.
Been using this for over a year no issues.
