Standard IC-7760 stand has quite low angle. Too low for my liking when using control unit on the desk.
This is a replacement stand with 110° angle. Stand is screwed to the bottom of control unit (control unit has metal inserts for that purpose).
Additionally it has (optional) side mount for microphone:

Printed from PETG.
For easier printing big stand parts are split into two pieces. Also if you want to later change angle then modify and reprint ic7760-controller-stand-bottom.stl only. mic-stand.stl was printed with supports (due to holes).
Note: If big parts do not fit on the bed of your printer then please split these in slicer in half, with or without some connector (like dovel). Stand is mounted, to the control unit, using four M3 screws, so it will be kept securely even after splitting it in half.
Left and right side holes (where you install microphone mount) are meant for M3xD5xL7.0 heat set inserts. Various M3 (12, 16, 20, …) screws are needed.
Four recesses on the bottom are for 25x2mm silicone feet.
Fusion and step files are available (if you, for example, want to change angle to different one).
ps. I was also testing 120° which made the screen perpendicular to the eye, but then any light reflections were visible on LCD
