VW T7 Multivan luggage rack / Gepäcknetz eyelet-adapter

In our old california we were used to have some eyelets, carabiner and so on nearly everywhere in the car to store / attach / hang stuff on it (like glasses, shopping bags, night-lights, etc.). 

As the T7 Multivan is not intentionally planned to be used as camping car, the kind of storage capacities is very limited. I tried to find a way to get some flexible “hanging-capacity” in our car.

So, this ist the result… For the future I plan to have something with a hinge, to get even more flexible. 

This model may fit to other VW cars as well, because the light panels are nearly the same for every new VW.

The first test print was PLA with some supports and it looks very promissing even though I will print them in PETG or ASA again.

Update: 19-Mar-2025:

Added a model with print in place hinge. ASA does not work really well but the PETG seems to work prety nice
