The Dummy Counter is just a small piece of plastic with the same dimensions of the standard counter that comes attached (via sticker) to Primatine Mist inhaler canisters. You can tape the dummy counter onto a canister that has had the original counter removed, and it provides the extra height needed to still use the original inhaler applicator comfortably.
It simply acts as a height spacer, so you can press down on a raw canister (with the original counter removed) with your finger easier. Without this dummy counter, it is difficult to use the inhaler like normal.
You wouldn't normally need this, but its useful if you've removed the counters from some canisters and you only have the original applicator.
Looking to remix this so that it snaps on instead of requiring tape. If you're interested in helping with this, that would be awesome and your work would be appreciated!

The license notice at the bottom of this page is incorrect. Prusa still needs to fix the license menu to include either an appropriate OSHW license or add a “custom” option. Until then, the only viable option is to select “standard digital file license”. I recommend everyone read or at least skim through the CERN OHL (it's short), and encourage Prusa to add support for it on this site.
I recommend PLA or PETG.
All parts in the design were built using the FreeCAD Link Branch by RealThunder. If you'd like to make modifications, I strongly suggest using this specific branch of FreeCAD. Standard FreeCAD doesn't seem to play super nicely with these source files at the moment, unfortunately.
If you can't use FreeCAD Link, STEP files are also available and can be imported into other CAD software fairly easily (including normal FreeCAD) to allow you to make modifications. If you make a change and decide to share it back, it would be awesome if you could include the .FCStd file. If not though, just the STEP would still be great.
Check out this page for more information on making mods.
