Hello everyone, I wanted to make these side panels for the K1 SE, with the following objectives:
1) That they are easy to assemble and remove, without the use of tools for any maintenance.
2) That they do not exclude corner reinforcements to preserve the rigidity of the structure.
3) That they can reduce the accumulation of dust.
4) Preserve the temperature in winter and therefore reduce consumption, while in summer leave only the central part.
5) Also to embellish the central pillar and customize it further.
N. B.:
• Only 4 M3 6 mm screws are needed.
• The Logo is not my design, it is just an example, you can use any design you like (even your name), or leave it free, it simply needs to be attached with double-sided tape.
• You can customize the texture of the panels depending on your printing plate.
• Personally I left the upper shell layers at zero because I liked the honeycomb texture better (with 5% filling density), but if you prefer it or want to have greater insulation, you can add the upper layers and increase the filling to at least 15%.
• I prefer to print in PETG for greater resistance, but it is not to be excluded that it could also work well with PLA.
