If you want just print with recommended predefined settings use gcode file. This also generates support in hook area in front. For custom adjustments use 3MF file. Recommended settings:

Material: any. PLA on photos.

Infill: up to 40%

Layer height: 0.2mm

Support: yes, but block other than front area (included in 3MF)

Remarks: this needs to be smooth and ironing may be not enough. For PLA, PETG may need sanding, with ABS smoothness can be reached with acetone.
