PET Bottle Slicing Tool

An easy way to slice PET bottles for filament. The labels on the front (0.2 0.3 0.4) indicate the thickness of the bottle (in mm) appropriate for the given height of the slots.

Heat up a coathanger wire or something similar & insert as pictured, to thread the bottle onto. Add a big washer or smth on the top of the bottle to force it down. Clamp the tool to the edge of a workbench or table. Cut a thin ribbon on the bottom edge, then insert it into the specified slot & pull it thru.
