This stand holds your Stagg heater plate securely, with cutouts to make it a perfect fit.  The model handles the weight by using two ¼ inch wooden dowels (inserted from below) to hold the shelf and keep it from sagging.  To complete the print, rubber feet are also included in the model - they just press into the bottom of the stand after they are printed.

Printing instructions

No supports are required for this at all.  Choose an attractive color, and print it at your finest quality so you get a nice addition to your kitchen counter.  For the stand, I recommend PETG or ABS, though PLA is tough enough but may sag, and cannot be put in your dish washer.

The dowel holes come out exactly at ¼ inch and nice and round.   But if your dowels are slightly oversized, do not force them.  Instead I recommend printing the model at 101% in the slicer - things come out a lot nicer then.

For the feet, I recommend Ninjatek Ninjaflex in Midnight (black) - you will need 4 feet, the model only comes with the foot shape, so you have to add three more instances in your slicer.  When Slicing the stand, remove the feet.  When slicing the feet, remove the stand, add the additional 3 instances, and if you are using Prusa Slicer 3.91, use the sequential printing option to get the best quality on the feet.
