This model was completely redrawn after the original version I printed broke at the glued joint after only a few uses (obviously, my glue wasn't great).  I combined the base and upright backing ring into a single part in a way that Grovemade can't do with their traditional machining and I believe is better looking.  The trim ring was redesigned so that it can be affixed without glue and can be swapped out with rings in different filaments, if desired.  It snaps into place inside the base ring.

Probably the most important change is the ability to load the model in Fusion 360 and adjust the parameters for different charger dimensions.  I don't have an Apple charger, but bought a much cheaper clone from Amazon to use and it works just fine.

There are 3 parameters to change in the Fusion 360 file: the charger diameter, the diametral clearance of the hole around the charger, and the depth of the hole the charger will sit into.  You can play with these dimensions until it fits the way you want.  Changing the parameters in the model also changes the test ring dimensions so you can fine tune the fit of the simple print first before printing the main trim ring.

If you don't want to do any of that, I provided both Test and Trim Rings for the two Apple magsafe charger sizes, old and new.  The dimensions are what worked on my Ender 3.

Some tips:

I've printed all of my parts in PLA with 15% infill which works well.  The base print was paused near the top of the cylinder and a filled the rectangular infill with steel shot/BBs to increase its weight.

A 0.010" clearance dimension was about right for my printer with a 0.4 mm nozzle.

I used a tree support for the base because I didn't want it to fail after 6 hours of printing but it may not need it.

The trim ring was printed face up with supports since it gave the nicest final finish on the exposed face.  All supported areas are not visible.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

This model was completely remodeled based on the original version as a guide.  The base and upright backing ring were combined into a single part.  The trim ring was redesigned so that it can be affixed without glue and can be swapped out with rings in different filaments. The Fusion 360 model is provided to adjust the parameters for different charger dimensions.
