MAKITA DML801 - Repair

Ein zweiteiliges Modell zur Reparatur des Drehgelenks an der Makita Akku Leuchte DML801. 

Die Bauteile können ohne Stützmaterial gedruckt werden und ersetzen das original Drehgelenk, ohne das die Kabel im inneren der Leuchte abgelötet werden müssen. Zu beginn wollte ich die beiden Teile noch Zusammenkleben. Bei der Montage habe ich jedoch bemerkt das dies nicht nötig ist und sie auch ohne Kleber super sitzen und funktionieren. 

Gedruckt habe ich die Modelle aus Prusament PC mit Rand. Wahrscheinlich kann auf den Rand auch verzichtet werden.

A two-part model for repairing the swivel joint on the Makita DML801 cordless light.

The components can be printed without support material and replace the original swivel joint without having to desolder the cables inside the light. At first I wanted to glue the two parts together. When assembling them, however, I noticed that this is not necessary and that they fit and work well without glue.

I printed the models from Prusament PC with an brim. The brim can probably be omitted.
