Mod10 is a fully 3D-printable, modular 10-inch server rack designed for small-scale networking setups, home labs, and compact office deployments. Whether you're running Raspberry Pi clusters, Ubiquiti networking gear, or custom DIY hardware, ModTen is built to keep your setup organized, accessible, and budget-friendly.

UPDATED 04/06/2026: 

• Added M6 Hex Nut Inserts! NO MORE CAGE NUTS! 

• Added 1U Top/Bottom pieces & 1U mid-panel options. (Minimum build size is now 2U.)

• Added Keystone Crossmember - Optional Crossmember that also has Keystone receptacles!

• Added “Open” Side Panels that allow lots of airflow.

• Added Single Piece Lid/Bottom panel. (Requires larger than 250mm build volume sadly.)

• Cleaned up CAD & redid File Names for more clarity.

📌 Print Settings & Recommendations (STRONGLY Recommended):

• Nozzle: 0.4mm 

• Layer Height: 0.2mm

• Walls: 4 perimeters for strength

• Top/Btm Layers: 6 for strength

• Infill: 40% (Rectilinear, Gyroid, or Cubic recommended)

• Material: ASA, PETG, or PLA+ (ASA recommended for best results)

• Support-Free: All parts designed to print cleanly w/o supports
