You shouldn't need supports on any part of this. I printed it all completely without supports for what is shown in the video. The "post" is probably the weakest part. The little parts that compress the springs are a bit thin and can snap if you really slam the button at an angle.
We really wanted this to be solderless but didn't have the time or budget to make that happen yet, so unfortunately you do need to solder the pins on your pico and the wire onto your arcade button.
I would recommend printing the “post” with more walls to avoid it breaking when you really slam on the button
We're including the step files so you can make improvements of your own. In particular, we think the way the Raspbery Pi Pico is held in place could use a complete rework.
