Dry Box for 4 Filament Rolls sealed enclosure with external PTFE, Desiccant Holders

This is a DIY Multi-Roll Dry-Box for keeping filament dry which features:

• PTFE external tubes for connecting directly to 3D printer
• Desiccant holders
• Hygrometer holder
• Perspex window
• Ability to enclose filament to reduce moisture content.
• Ability to easily label each filament roll
• Filament holder caps x 3 for different functions

There are 3 types filament caps for exit holes .. 

1. to hold the filament inside the box to access the filament without opening the case.
2. to hold the PTFE tube for the filament
3. to have the filament extrude from the filament roll without the PTFE tube

This has been designed to be minimal work and cheap to make, however I used two 3D printers to print .. and Elegoo Max and Bambu X1C. The front hinge needs to use two filaments either PETG and support or PETG and PLA (so that the connectors print without support)

Parts and components

• Core Flute (or similar) 200 x 210 x 3mm sheet x 2, .. 300 x 210 x 3mm sheet x 1
• Perspex 200 x 300 x 3mm for front x 1
• Ball Bearings [608] (22 x 7 x 8) x 16 
• Filament PETG/PLA and (optional TPU)
• Round Hygrometer (optional)
• PTFE tube (optional)
• Desiccant

TOOLS etc.

1. Something to cut Core Flute to size
2. Screws if you want to fix the sides permanently, however these are not required.
3. Filament .. PETG, PLA etc .. however I used PETG and TPU

To loosen the hinge use the scraper to cut the join in the middle as in the image above.

Updated for missing files and configuration .. This model is being updated regularly at the moment .. I may make changes or new models for magnet lock, front door etc.
