3D Printed Enclosure for CP2112 Module
Description:
A two-part enclosure designed to securely house the CP2112 HID USB to SMBus/I2C master bridge module. The design includes precise cutouts for the USB connector, pin headers.
Material: PET-G (recommended for potential heat resistance).
Nozzle: 0.2mm (for finer details and smoother surfaces).
Hardware: 2x M3x10 countersunk screws required for assembly.
Assembly Instructions:
Insert the CP2112 module into the main base.
Position the cover at an slight angle, first sliding the cover pins into the corresponding holes in the base above and below the O/I module pins.
Hinge the cover downward (like a latch) until it fully go into the base.
Secure the enclosure by tightening the two M3x8 countersunk screws through the top cover into the base.
Notes:
Ensure screw holes are cleared of support material post-printing.
Designed for snug fit; no additional fasteners required.
