My group started playing ISS Vanguard, and we quickly discovered that the included Card A/B boxes were not up to our expectations, so I took on the challenge of modelling the boxes and printing them.

As this was my first CAD design in Fusion 360, I realized quickly that I should have started with much simpler things, but I got it done.

Is it pretty? No. Does it work? Yes.

The boxes are heavy and chonky as per some particular requirements set, and I quote "They should withstand a hammer if I want to use one"

The parts were printed on a Bambu X1C with very tight tolerances and very finely calibrated filaments, so consider that when you're printing them.

The problems might appear at the dovetail joint; however, a file would solve the problem.

The parts are thought to be glued together, and the dovetail joint has to hold them until the glue sets, so if they are too tight but fit with some elbow grease, you're golden.

The magnets for the lid and box can be skipped. I attempted to use 3x1mm magnets, which I now hate passionately.

The magnets on the side are 5x3mm, which should be press-fitted.
I've also included the Fusion360 files to make further adjustments or changes without fuss.

That being said, happy printing!
