BTT MMB v2 enclosure with Magnetic Lid

Remixed to accommodate BTT MMB v2.

Adjustments made to Canbus support cable, lid and tray.

Mount bracket changed so enclosure clears Binky encoder when installed on TradRack. Only changes were height adjustments for the rail mount.  Original mount will work.  Mount bracket may not work with standard attachment legs.  My tradrack is mounted using custom mounts to a nearby Ikea Lack enclosure.

6) M3 Heat Inserts/no standard might need to ream before inserting
6) M3x12 Button Head or Socket Head Screws
2) M5x12 or M5x10 Socket Head Screws plus extrusion t-nuts
8) M6x3 round magnets
