70 to 60mm Desk Hole Grommet adapter

So my new desk came with 70mm predrilled holes for cable management. Wanted to use one of Orico's USB hub/card reader insets I needed a solution.

This little collet fits snugly and holds the Orico Insert tightly. 

Printed with 15% infill 3 walls. Nothing special.
