The LED kit is for the Ender 3 S1 Plus, but I have uploaded the .ipt files from the Inventor program so that anyone who downloads the files can modify the length of the "MIDDLE" part for other printers such as the Ender 3 S1.
The switch is mounted on the "RIGHT" part and I have used M5 DIN912 screws. It is necessary to use a tap to create the threads in the upper pillar of the printer in order to screw the screws in (the hole already has a diameter of 4.5mm).
The design is optimized for the lowest possible material consumption (45gr).
Parts from AliExpress.
I used layer height 0.2, infill density 15%, wall line count 3, supports activated at 15% density TREE TYPE, print bed adhesion type: raft, additional raft margin: 5mm^2. Creality Slicer 4.8.
I add raft to facilitate the grip of the supports as they have very little surface area.
Print time: 6h 8min
If you connect directly to your 24V port of the main board (creality), when the heater and fans are ON, the light flashes. The ideal would be to install it directly to the 24V power supply bridging the output pins.
