I had several different sizes of battery terminals/contacts that I wanted to use for building 18650 chargers with a TP4056 USB-C board. There are plenty 18650 charger cases to be found online, but none fit my battery terminals quite right. 
Thus I decided to make a TP4056-based 18650 charger case model that's fully parameterized for readymade battery terminals/contacts. The parameters can be changed in Autodesk Fusion. I've added several variants as stls as well.

 

Features:

  • parametrically adjustable for many battery terminal (bt) sizes
  • allows for different sizes of bt at the anode & cathode
  • snug press-fit assembly
  • ventilation holes allow for visible status lights

Asumptions:

  • bt and the charger pcb are line symmetrical vertically
  • bt width & height (and charger width) both do not exceed the battery diameter
  • charger module with USB-C input (17.5mm x 28mm) is line symmetrical as well
