I used this and it worked great. Im shocked not more people made or commented!.
I would recommend a longer "upperextension" piece. I needed to print 3 to get to the height I wanted. I would call the original Small. Maybe two more variants? medium length (3 small stacked) and tall length (5 small stacked)?
