I increased the hole diameter to 3.3 mm and designed a square and hex nut insert so that the screw fastens into the nut instead of the plastic.
Another benefit is the elimination of the possibility of breaking the shaft along the layers and losing a wheel. 🙂
The required screw depends on the rim design and thickness. I used an M3x35 screw in the Model 19 Torq with the default M wheels.
