Adjustable Leveling Foot for 3030 Extrusion with fine adjustment and PTU foot pad

This articulating adjustable leveling foot is specifically designed for 3030 extrusions, providing a perfect solution for your construction or assembly requirements. This adjustable foot features a fine adjustment capability, ensuring precise leveling and positioning and an articulating ball joint to adjust to non-level surfaces. The foot does not rotate as you adjust it, so it makes leveling a snap It also includes a PTU (Polyurethane) foot pad, offering durability and grip on various surfaces. The Foot_and_Post is designed to be print-in-place, meaning it can be created in one continuous printing process without the need for assembly, making it highly convenient and efficient.

Printing Tips:

• The 3030_mount needs supports printed with the threads up. The foot_and_post need to be printed with the foot pad on the bed. 

Filament - PLA or PETG works well for the Foot_and_Post and 3030_mount. PTU for the pad.

Infill - 15% recommended

Layer Height - .20mm for the 3030_mount and foot_and_post and .30 for the pad

Supports - If the Foot and Post fails you may want supports on the. Bed supports for the 3030_mount, it's very important exclude supports from the screw threads. 

Parimeters - 2-3 are fine

Additional Parts -M4 10 or 12 bolt and M4 T-Nut

Bed Adhesion - Up to you but a little glue stick is a good insurance policy.  The TPU pad has to have either glue stick or a textured build plate

Rafts - None

Scaling - Not recommended

Filament Change - None necessary

Post Printing Notes:  

Keep the layer height at .20 or smaller. This will ensure threads are smooth in operation
