Superkop Portafilter Holder & Tamping station

Quite a while ago I designed this minimalistic portafilter holder for my Superkop espresso machine. 

I still use my first prototypes and they just work flawlessly. Also the machine is still superb!

The holder is designed to hold your portafilter nicely balanced and you can use quite some strength (if required) to tamp your coffee. 

I added a second opening on the side if you want to “knock” your coffee down a little bit without the possibility of the portafilter handle to have impact first and therefore prevent a homogeneous distribution of the coffee.
