This insert is designed to organize and allow for quick setup and storage of the various components of the 3 Monumental Duel boxes. Everything fit into a box made with 2 of the lids.
All card holders are designed to store sleeved cards (up to 80µm).
The lids for the tokens are only used to ensure that nothing moves during transport.
In order to remove each part, you must first remove the lids, then remove the token holders by grabbing them by the rod.
Just like my Boardgame Insert - Monumental & All expansions (Retail) - Civilization Chest, if you want to print each "Civilization insert" in a different color matching the color of the civilization, this is what I used (for reference) :
- Egyptians : Savannah Yellow
- Japanese : Army Red
- Danish : Sapphire Blue
- Chinese : Forest Green
- Greeks : Muted White
- Aztecs : Pastel Peach
- Mughals : Army Brown
- Malians : Pastel Peanut
- Aksumites : Electric Indigo
All Polymaker Polyterra filament (I'm not sponsored by them, I just like their products and color palette).
The colors aren't a perfect match but are close enough for me, and different enough to not get mixed up during play.
File Specifics :
- You need to print 9 “Civilization body”, one for each of course.
I didn't put the names of the civilizations on the slice for ease of duplication, but it is possible to do it easily in your slicer if you want each insert to be named. - You need to print 3 of each Token body mark with a “x3”
- You will find French and English version of each module. Print the one that suits you ^_^
Slicer Specifics :
- The reinforcement part is a bit of a pain to print because to its shape, it tends to warp. Don't hesitate to use a substantial brim.
- All the parts are optimized to be printed with :
- Nozzle : 0.4
- Layer height : 0.2 (including the first one)
- Outer & Inner Walls : 115% (or 0.46mm)
- Wall loops : 3 or 4
- Infill density : 10%
- You have to reorient (auto orient will do the job) :
- The 2 Lids : Top to bottom
Enjoy !
Update :
- 2025-03-08 : Added version 2 of the base token boxes and lids with a more rigid and removable rod
