Angled clip mount for Olight/Magicshine rear bike lights

Needed a bag mount for an Olight rear bike light. Tested with a Topeak Aero Wedge.

Olight uses a proprietary quarter turn mount design that seems to be shared with Magicshine lights so it should also work for those (not tested).
