I couldn't find any good corner brackets for 45x45mm wooden studs so I created what I need using Onshape. I print these without support, if your printer is tuned correctly for bridging you should be fine. If not use support with 5mm spacin and 0 top and bottom interface layers. Print using 4 walls and 6 top and bottom layers to make sure they will hold for a long time. I'm using these outdoors so I'm using Sunlu ASA. 10% infill.
If you want to avoid bridging you could print the models points down with brims, very hard print though, you have to tune Z-hop etc, se pictures.
03/13/25 I have made a v.2 where I have thickened the walls to make them sturdier. See files ending with v.2.
