Assembly suggestions:

• Soften the adapter plate with a heat gun if fitment to grinder chassis is poor
• Print with PETG or similar at 100% infill

V6 Update:

• Redone from scratch based on new measurements
• Model comes in two friction-fit parts; adapter plate and spout
• Adapter plate has ears and a pinched-in area to make it easier to affix screws
• Angled spout seems to be the best design; curved spout had retention issues

v7 Update:

• Seems to work fine as-is with inclined stand; no adjustment needed
• Adjusted angle between screw holes from 57 to 55 mm
