I designed and created an extruder gear pusher, focusing on durability, efficiency, and precision. After testing and evaluating, I made several optimizations to improve its performance. These included refining the pusher profile for better grip and reduced wear, when it push it wont break apart. selecting stronger materials for increased longevity, and adjusting the gear ratio for smoother operation. The final result is a gear that meets my design goals and enhances the overall performance of the extruder.
