These cheap manual card shufflers are all over Amazon and they work well - for as long as the crank handle lasts. One extra handle is provided, but even so the handles break before very long. The shuffler itself will last a much longer time. I've had the same shuffler for 3 or 4 years, used a couple of times a week. The original cranks broke long ago but the shuffler is still going strong with these replacement cranks.
This replacement handle lasts longer than the originals but of course the real advantage is you can print a new one anytime you need it. Eventually the tangs will crack - no problem! Make a new one!
The double handle design also helps with smooth shuffling.
Printing material and parameters are not critical. I've used PLA and PETG with success. .2 or .3 layer height, solid throughout (it's quite small).
You'll need a couple of M3 x 12 (or 10, or 14, whatever you have) screws for the handles. Tighten them up just enough that the handles still spin.
