PDFA quick remix of the ECAS Magnetic Coupler fitting designed by 72pxldotcom to make it easier to print!

Differences of the remix compared to the original
Added some geometry to print the overhang easier which prevents the need to support the internal hole during printing. Slightly extended the ECAS holes depth as well since my ECAS fittings were a little deeper than the original design allowed for.
