If you already have an OEM installed mushroom vent and only need the cover, this cover will fit.
You will need a 5/16-18 x 1.750 bolt. A 5/16-18 nut and a 5/16 lock washer for assembly.
Use hot glue to secure bolt into slots piece and then hot glue slots piece to base piece. This is not structural. The glue is used to keep the parts from falling into attic space until install is complete.
Arrow on base must point to front of RV and “FRONT” deboss on spacer aligns with arrow.
