Simple and quick print. Prints in-place, no need for any supports. Print it with 4 perimeters and 100% infill, to be a bit stronger/heavier. After printing make sure to work it out a bit manually so it moves freely.
Put the RING contact sensor (bigger part) with the included self-adhesive to the longer flip of the hinge, on the very edge. (see included pictures).
Use a piece of double adhesive tape or similar material for the shorter hinge flip on the back, to attach it to the garage door. Magnet from the contact sensor goes just bellow (attach it with the included self-adhesive directly to the garage door), leave something like 2-3mm in between them, since there is some minor magnetic attraction.
This design is based on the Parametric Hinge scad. The parameters are fine tuned to fit the Ring Alarm Contact Sensor and a needed swing, and one of the flaps was cut to make it smaller.
