Logitech shifter screw

I didn't like the original screw, so I made my own version with better grip.

55mm thread version should be enough for 20mm desk but i also made 75mm version.

I recommend using adaptive layer height for better thread quality and at least 3 walls with high infill to make sure it won't break.
