There are already many models for toilet paper holders. I tried to design something simple, stylish and useful (at least for me).
The advantages of my design:
I provided two models.
The complete one where you can print everything as one piece, you do need supports. However I did not like how the surfaces under the supports look like. With fine tuning you likely can improve that.
The split models. This is the easier way to print. Place both parts flat on the building plate (see 3mf file).
I still used organic supports. Probably you can even print it without supports, however I did not try that.
The disadvantage of a model split is that you have to glue 2 parts together. For better alignment I designed four 1.8 mm holes in both parts where you can put in some short pieces of filament, approx 5 mm long. The holes you probably have to ream with a 1.8 mm drill. This is on purpose so tight, to have the best alignment. When you slice the stl's yourself do not forget to block the supports for the 1.8 mm holes (2 X 4 holes)!
As always:
When you print this design, share a make and give me feedback.
When you like it, give me some "hearts and stars". It is my only reward.
When you have questions, just ask.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
