This is a shoe-mounted thumb grip for the Ricoh GRIII. Its low profile design is somewhat inspired by Squarehood's thumb grip - but unlike that one and any others I've seen online, this design positions the thumb grip wing in a way that extends the curve of the existing thumb grip bump around the playback button - thus keeping your finger in the body designer's intended position to comfortably hold the camera with all the buttons within reach.
I'm not 100% happy with this design, to be honest - it covers up the mode dial a bit too much. I don't think I can fix that without making it too thin to be rigid and print well, so it is how it is for now. If you don't use the mode dial much, I do think it's comfortable.
Post a remix if you have an idea about how to improve this!
I suggest slicing this top-side down, because that's mostly flat - and then drawing on some light supports for the top of the thumb grip wing.
