You can get these online but why not print your own. Print both the clip and weight at 90% gyroid infill in PETG yeilded roughly 5 grams each. The weights mount using double sided tape.
If you need to color match, craft stores carry cheap ($1) bottles of acrylic paint to paint the weights to match your blade color. I used clear and it's good enough.
Use the clip(s) to temporarily place weight or multiple weights on your fan blades to balance it while running. This is a lot of trial and error but once you're done, you're done. I removed about 3-4mm of swing in my fan to no movement with my fan with two weights. Start by putting one clip on one blade and then turn on your fan to max speed and see if the wobble improves or gets worse. Worse? Try moving it to the next blade over. Better? Try moving it in or out on that blade. Moving the clip towards the inside will lessen the affect the weight has. Moving out, increases it's influence. Once your fan is stable as desired, replace those clips with the 5 gram weights, with double sided tape on the back, at the same point on the blade.
I had to use (2) 5 gram weights on two locations of this five bladed Hunter fan for zero movement in the middle. Hunters are good fans and do well outta the box. I just wanted to get rid of that slight bit of wobble at full speed.
