Beretta NEOS 22LR Front Sights Three Types

I wanted to make a fiber optic front sight for my Beretta Neos. The downloadable file contains 3 different sights. One is a direct replacement for the stock sight, one has a “painted in” triangle in place of the "painted in" round dot, the other 3 sights are for TruGlo sight material. The hole for the TruGlo ranges in size, 1.75mm, 2mm and 2.5mm. The holes for the TruGlo may need to be cleaned out with the appropriate sized drill or reamer.

Print at the best resolution for your printer. I used Prusa Slicer at 0.10, with a 0.4mm nozzle for my prints and I slowed the speed on my AnkerMake 5C down by 50%. I took advantage of the “Advanced” setting in Prusa for “Elephant Foot” set at 0.6mm.

I have printed one sight with a 2mm TruGlo insert and it printed well.
