Parametric Coin Holder / Bezel

A parametric bezel / coin holder to use a coin as a keychain or pendant.

To generate other models the FreeCad parametric file is attached and you can set the diameter and thickness of your choice. Tolerances are already accounted for. The loop size is also parametric.

HOW TO PRINT

Material: PLA

Layer height: 0.2

Nozzle: 0.4

IMPORTANT: When slicing add a pause right before the upper layer that holds the coin starts being printed to place your coin inside the bracket.

If you are able to print this model with more flexible materials it might not be necessary but the results with this procedure with PLA is perfect. The coin is not covered too much but will stay safely in place while still being capable of rotating inside the bezel.
