Front Grille Mesh: T2 Bay (1968-1972)

Replacement bug mesh behind the front grille for pre facelift. Replacement peice for VW part number 211259165. 

Print with TPU. 95A seems to work fine, but softer material might give better results for fitment.

After printing all 4 main pieces and small lock piece for the middle, some mesh needs to be added to the inside. I used very fine stainless steel mehs i had available and pressed it into the print with soldering iron, but normal window screen net glued in place should work just fine.

In the files there are stl for each piece pre cut to size to fit on 250mm bed. Also export from autodesk fusion and saved project with suggested print settings/supports exported from bambu studio.
