I found a lot of designs for battery holders but wanted to have a bit of fun with a slight spin on the designs I have seen.  This will hold approximately 34 AAA batteries and 27 AA batteries and organizes them inside by utilizing parallel zig-zagged tracks.  Although you can't see the batteries as they move through the holder it's still kind of fun knowing how they are migrating through it (I might try printing another one out of clear PLA).  The batteries are slid out sideways on the bottom and it gives a kind of odd satisfying feeling while sliding them out.  LOL

I have a few ideas to improve the design by adding slots on the side so you can see if it is time to replenish stock and maybe changing the way the batteries are loaded so it would feel more like loading a bullet into something.

There is no need for supports but I do select “Detect bridging perimeters” under the “Layers and perimeters” section of PrusaSlicer (Need to be set to Advanced to see this setting) which improves the print.  It printed nicely using a .2mm layer hight.

Update 2022-01-18:

Finally got around to adding “View Holes” on the side of the holder so you can tell when your supply is getting low.  I added a new file for this so you have a choice.
