Hoymiles Micro Inverter Stand

Took 40mm profiles and cut them into pieces. Printed some links (4) and end caps. Pretty solid stand for inverter.

As my balcony powerstation is mounted on my garage. I led the cables through the roof tiles and put the inverter (Hoymiles HMS1600) on top of the ceiling. As the wood rafters ar in an angle I just put the inverter to a stand. Easy to remove or relocate.

I used leftovers from the 40x40 profiles:

  • 216mm upstand pillars (2x)
  • 180mm transverse (2x)
  • 140 and 100mm base stand (2x)

Printed four (4) joints on my MK4 in black PETG. End caps in TPU with my MK3.

Just smash the printed parts with slight beats into the profile. My profile was quite weak, so I needed to be careful. Note: My profile were not all symmetrically, but had so-called upper side, lower side. You see this in the slt's.

Happy climate saving!
