The case is designed to utilize the foam from the original OP-Z packaging. Hopefully, you’re a bit of a hoarder and save your gear boxes like me. I printed some thin shims to fit between the foam and the side wall, making the OP-Z a bit more snug. You might not need them, though.
For the lid, I had some 0.5” foam blocks leftover from a Pelican case that fit perfectly. However, any 0.5” foam block could be cut to fit. You could also use the space for cord storage if you leave the foam out.
Seal can be printed in TPU if needed.
