Inspired by optimumtech's recent YouTube video, I decided to also try a 4060 LP build. However, my printer isn't tuned in right, so I needed something that is a bit less fragile and very easy to print. I also didn't want to use a riser, since the riser I had bought for this project was to stiff to bend to that angle and I didn't want to source another expensive alternative.
So that's what I came up with. It's a fairly standard layout. It fits the build plate of a prusa mk3and prints in one piece with minimal supports. Walls are 2.5mm throughout and it is damn solid. The GPU gets fresh air and directly blows it out the side/top. Reason for that, and the many ventilation holes is that I only had PETG as a material around, which has a glass transition temperature of 85c. It's also compatible with the AMD stock cooler, but the noctua I bought performed a bit better. Maybe the next version could have a fan duct over the CPU also.
Other components in this build are an AMD Ryzen 5 7600, MSI B650 Edge ITX, 32GB DDR5 and a 1TB SSD.
Final dimensions are 240mm x 205mm x 86.5mm, without the feet.
I am still refining the file a bit, especially around how the PSU is mounted (it is not right now) and then will share it when it's done.
