The fantastic Bohr-models of all the known atoms to date, with spinning electron paths, updated for color in-place printing.
Updated renders with the following features:
- flattened the rings so they have the same height (increased by 1), to be able to make more effective multicolor prints. A single filament change can be done at layer 36 when using the usual 0.2 layer height to get the electrons and the top of the text in a different color.
- changed the too futuristic orbitron font to regular letters, for better readability (focusing class students).
- Nihonium (113), Moscovium (115), Tennessine (117), Oganesson (118) got their final names and symbols per the 2016 conference meeting of the scientists involved in their discovery, symbols updated accordingly.
There's a universal stand matching any atom.
Included the updated OpenSCAD script too, which has a new customizer preset with the flat rings and the simpler font.
Included an example project file for Creality Print, with the color change pre-set for K2 with CFS, just replace/add the models you desire.
The author remixed this model.
- flattened rings for easier multicolor printing
- better readable font
- universal stand
- some atoms got their final symbols as per the 2016 conference
