Really ingenious way to fix your part fan since replacing it with the OEM seems impossible at the moment.
you will have to remove the outer case of the fan and cut off the previous blades leaving behind nubs for this print to slide onto.
I had a print come lose from the bed and get sucked into my parts fan destroying 6 of the blades in the process. This replacement works perfect!
Print at least the first 20 layers pretty slow, I printed them at 30mms.
I personally printed this in PLA, but other materials might be better suited. Already have 10+ hours of print time on this without issue.
Changes:
Mirrored it so the fan blades match the direction of the original part
Trimmed excess material so the complete assembly weighs the same as the original fan blades 19 grams (FAN would not start at lower speeds, pre remix part weighs 32 grams)
Altered the slots and centered the assembly so you can firmly square up the assembly on the nubs left over (which you have to cut) all for hopefully better balancing and placement.
The author remixed this model.
Trimmed off what I considered excess material so the design matches the weight of the original fan assembly, and also made it so you can balance it.
