9mm GT2 Y belt for Artillery Sidewinder X4 Plus

It has reported the stock Y axis 6mm GT2 belt is weak. 

Here a mod to convert to a 9mm GT2 belt. 
 

Parts needed:

• 2m of GT2 9mm belt aramidic or glass or kevlar fiber (don't use steel wire versione),
• 1x GT2 9mm 20T pulley for 5mm motor axis,
• 1x 9mm 20T idler pulley without teets with 5mm bore,
• 1x M5x20 cilinder head bolt,
• 1x M5 nut,
• pulley extractor.

to lock idler pulley into the support you can cut a 20mm M5 bolt or any 5mm steel or copper axle. 

The mod needs an extractor for pulleys because the stock 6mm pulley is pression mounted on the motor shaft. 
After pulley removal it's better to work the shaft with Dremel to create a slot for the lock pulley nut to avoid rotation of the shaft into the pulley. 

Do resonance compensation after tensioning the belt. 
Check Y driver pilot tension to avoid skipping at high accelerations on Y: value

run_current: 1.20 

rise 1.20 a bit for more torque.
