Hey everyone!
I always wanted to have bullet dices, but I didn't like the published ones. And of course I needed a matching box for the right look.
The magazine holds five Dices. In the current version, you still have to buy a spring.
Spring dimensions:
Inner diameter: 15mm
Outer diameter: approx. 17mm
Wire thickness: 0.8-1.2mm
Length: 100mm
If I can't get a 100mm spring, you can also use two 50mm springs. In this case you have to print the spring connector as well.
I used this spring:

Here is another one with a length of 100mm. This one would make the spring connector redundant:

Tips Print Dice Case:
Layer Height: 0.1mm (The smaller the layer height, the better the eyes of the dice)
Supports: Only on the print bed
Tips Print Cube Bullet + Rod:
Layer Height: 0.15mm (0.1mm looks even better)
Supports: No supports needed
A layer height of 0,2mm might negativley infect the fit in the bullet
Tips Print Feeder + Magazine Body + Magazine Body:
Layer Height: 0,20mm
Supports: Supports only required for the feeder and the magazine body
Pro Tip:
You want the dice to have some extra weight? Use a D=4mm metal rod instead of the printed one.
The magazine may also work with a printed spring. I will give that a try.
Stay tuned for future versions…
Happy printing!
