Prusa Core One Rivet Tool (unofficial)

When doing my full disassembly teardown, and then reassembly, I found the rivets quite tough on the fingers so I've created a tool to help deal with them. This will allow you to re-use the rivets too.

Printing

• Print on it's back with the prongs facing up.

Removal

1. Use the back of the tool to press on the rear of the rivet, pushing the head out.
2. Slider the tool fork under the rivet head and gently pull, removing the rivet.
3. Try to keep the pin and prongs together.

Insertion

1. Slide the rivet onto the tool so the head rests on the top of the forks, and the prongs on the underside, keep the rivet open.
2. Place the rivet prongs though the holes to be assembled.
3. Slide the tool off the rivet.
4. Use the back of the tool to press on the head of the rivet.
